"Comparison and Contrast" would be the obvious choice, which is why I recommend "Cause and Effect." Talk about the fact that the suburbs are so important today because people grew disillusioned with living in large cities after World War II, and started moving to the suburbs in droves, as a healthier place to raise kids. This left just the poor who could not afford to move and the wealthy who could afford to have major security in their high-rise apartment complexes and their gated neighborhoods of fake Tudor and Victorian mansionettes.
