I am in the process of replacing strut mount on Nissan Quest XE (1996)
Anyone please let me know what is the Strut Mount Torx spec?
Can't find it anywhere on the web.

Three outside 14mm nuts 35 ft pounds center 17mm strut nut peplace with new nylon locking nut each time or loctite torque to 75 # ft. Strut bolts 19mm nuts and 17mm bolts to steering knuckle 100 ft pounds. I would replace the turning bearing disks at this time and new shocks too. Because you have to compress the spring just do it all right now.

i mechanic for a living,and we don't use an exact amount of torque on them,,just tighten them down good and tight,,and that will be good enough,,there's not going to move,,once there, tightened down,but I'm not even sure if the book actually gives a torque setting for them,we always just tighten them down real good and leave it at that, it will be fine,,good luck hope this help,s.
