How do you know that this has happened? Is this only a guess on your part? A hole in the intestine is a major emergency and needs prompt attention...not by internet....I am a physician and I suspect you are either guessing badly or perhaps a masochist.

Peritonitis, or massive abdominal cavity infection, very nearly always fatal if not treated STAT.
This IS a life threatening situation, you better be writing this question from your laptop in an Emergency Room....
