technically, you are normal.
An adult who is 125 pounds
and is 4 feet 11 inches tall has
a body mass index of 25.3.

An adult with a body mass index between 25 and 29.9 is considered to be overweight
This is not exactly accurate because it can't calculate everything about you. Keep up the muscle, but if you would like to slim down it is ok.

Flab at 14 = overweight. Forget about charts, forget about indexes and ratios. If you look in the mirror and see flab, then you're overweight. Period. How to tone up? Change your diet and hit the gym. Do yoga. Run. Stop with the fast food and snacking. Get off the computer and go for a walk...better yet, a run. Climb a tree; do what kids used to do before computers, cable and the proliferation of Mickey Dee's and Bugger Thing. It's so easy, it's hard!

Update: OK, now I get the picture a little better. With all that you're doing, you're probably VERY muscular, and MUSCLE IS HEAVIER THAN FAT. If all that you do doesn't cause weightloss, then you're probably at your correct body weight. All this BS about fat/muscle index and ratios is a bunch of crap, because everyone is different. It doesn't take your FRAME into account, nor does it consider your body type. That idiot who got himself killed for "a-cheatin' on his wummin", Herman Tarnaur; author of the Scarsdale Diet said that at 6'1, I should weigh 180 pounds. HELLO! My skeleton weighs more than that! So the question would be, "as compared to what?"

If you do all that stuff you described, you are in great shape and I'd imagine QUITE muscular; the small amount of "flab" you're noticing is probably well, in your own head! Every body needs a portion of fat; if you don't have it, you die. So in closing, if I were you I'd FORGET ABOUT IT! Obsessing is only a couple of letters away from obese, and you don't sound like there's a damn thing wrong with you so just calm down and enjoy being 14!

well, for 4'11" 125 is not overweight but a LITTLE more than you should be. you say you are toned at the legs and arms so that is probally giving you some weight. if you are flabby try eating heathier not neccisarly a diet just heathier foods. drink a glass of water before every meal that helps keep the weight and fat down.
sit-ups, fast walking, any movement of your body is burning off fat. but you really dont have anything to worry about. just exersize which can just be walking in the mall, jumping on the trampoline, walking your dog, or typical exersizes. plus eating healthier will help too! i would check with the doctor to see if you even need to lose weight. i hope i helped good luck!

Run a mile five times a week and do the following exercises along with it: push ups, pullups, sit ups and squats. Eat sensibly. Don't go hog wild on junk food. You'll be fine.

this is a BMI calculator. yours is just a tiny bit above the normal weight category. you sound pretty muscular from all those sports and stuff. i think running is the best way to loose weight, and look more toned. im 5'5 and 115 pounds, and im trying to get skinnier thighs and butt,so im going to try running, also because i want to join the track team.
