The absolute best is a product called Silk Drops from FX Special Effects. You can pick it up at any Walgreens or CVS.

couple suggestions -

consider having it professionally straightened, even though it's already "straight" you must have some wave to it to be causing all the frizz (this is the last resort)

blow dry it straight using a round brush to help pull and smooth the hair (every day)

use an anti frizz shampoo and conditioner (Frizz Ease is a good one), these contain a "cone" like dimethicone or silicone that will help smooth down frizz too

always wash and blow dry hair in the morning before you leave for work/school, bed head contributes to frizz

continue to look for the right serum for your hair

invest in a good hair straightener and use it if you don't want to blow dry with a round brush, high heat will fry your hair so be careful how high you crank it up

I have the same pooblem and find that if i rinse my hair with cool water before getting out of the shower, it helps... also, i have found the stuff called kemi oyl. it is great. not greasy or anything, but just a few drops tame my hair so well, then I straighten it and that usually does the trick.
Good luck
