I have found that taking a self defense course and also group sessions encourage self confidence. Join a book club at the library or meet with others with similar social interests as you. There are so many resources out there. Also, confidence is not something gained overnight... it comes with time and patience!

dont start a conversation in subject u rnt very brave in it.take a deep breath many times b4 talking.focus on what ur saying and dont think about them reactions or dont talk or act and at the same time ur time is thinkng about them opinion u dont give them any attention u say what u feel thats all and no one better then u
