Compact camera?

I'm looking to buy a compact, under $700, what's the best I can get? I like the Canon Powershot SD800, but is there anything better?

Apparently, problems with image quality in low light. Check out Website dpreview.com You might want to look at Fugifilm FinePix E900, you might consider my super zoom Sony Cybershot DSC-H2...6 MP, 12X optical, battery charger comes with it. I love it. Takes great 8X10 prints. Also consider Canon PowerShot S2 IS or S3 IS; which are also super zooms.
