It's easy... just say it "I LOVE YOU". But I think your question is more of how do you know that he knows how you feel about him. Now I'm feeling your stress. It's tough to ask a guy "how do you feel about me?" You want the answer to be positive enough to say "I love you too".
How long have you been together? Letting him know you love him in only 2 months can send him a-runnin' unless he feels the same. But if it's been say, 6 months. I think it's okay to tell him. Try saying it jokingly when he does something super nice for you. See how he reacts/what he says. Maybe that'll give you a clue on how to approach it later.

Well, if your already going out, you must love him, no? And if he accepted you then he must love you back. Does he kiss you? If he does then shouldn't that prove it? Wait until he does somthing you really like and just say, "I Love you.." Not as a statement of fact, but in a leasurly way. Its deeper in that context, and it actually hits the male heart faster.

Just take your thoughts and make it into words. If you love him, the only way you can REALLY relay the message is if you flat-out tell him. You'll never regret telling someone you love them...but you may regret it if you keep it cooped up for too long.

why do you sound so desperate and insecure? just come out and say it, unless you know he doesn't feel the same way? ar you thinking that professing your love will make him fall for you even more, when in reality it may push him away.

you should write him a poetic letter explaining your feelings for him. i, personally, would rather receive a letter because i can have the privacy and comfort of my thoughts without having anyone around to see my reaction (whether good or bad)
