Hi guys I really need some help on getting taller.... I am 18 this year and I am still at the height of 163CM only =(. All my friends at at least 170CM tall... I tried lots of ways like Swimming and skipping but I see no increase in my height still. I do drink milk once in a while and I eat healthy too. Is there any other ways that I get taller the healthy ways ?

Height is determined through genetics and there aren't any methods to help you become taller.

I think it is a serious problem so you should have some professional help from a doctor.I believe that the height wont change due to your food or sport it is just genetic.But my friend had a treatment for her height 3 years ago.

Try sleeping. It's the best, even eating healthy doesn't help without good sleep. At least 8 hours a day

at 18 is when almost all the men end their growth, maybe you should try with hormones but are expensive and dangerous you could have troubles of impotence, acne and get fat. However remember the important is not be tall, most important is your capacities

exercising and eating healthy is basically all you can do; you don't really have much control over your height. besides, a lot of girls are into short guys.
