I start with a mug of decaf coffee mixed with a packet of sugarfree cocoa mix. Then I drink water, water, water. I usually drink at least a quart of water by afternoon. Then I might have iced tea with sweetener and lemon or a diet Sundrop. Evening it's back to nothing but water. Before bedtime I drink 8 oz. tonic water (diet) which is AWFUL but it prevents leg spasms.

At least 1-2 glasses of tap water
1-2 cups of hot tea, or 1 cup of coffee if tea isn't available

Soda pop is a disgusting beverage that should never be consumed. Even booze is healthier than soda pop.

I usually drink hot tea (w/ milk)
or ice tea if it's summer (no milk)
Sometimes if I run out tea I drink coffee or milk but I drink milk first.
