All you can do is rest until the symptoms pass. Drink plenty if you can keep it down. Be sure to wash your hands properly after using the toilet so you don't keep passing the bug back to each other. usually it only last, 24 hours, 48 at most.

There's nothing you can do about the illness itself, though fortunately it should be brief. The thing you need to do is maintain hydration, primarily: fluids, calories, sodium, potassium and bicarbonate replacement will help. A commercial replacement formula is best, especially for small children, but after the age of 3 or so the taste is so bad that most refuse it. Frequent sips of clear liquids will help, and as long as more goes in than comes back out, you should do OK. If there's a question, especially with your baby, the local emergency department (US) or A&E (UK) can do a quick hydration check and may give IV fluid replacements if oral doesn't work.

with the stomach flu, your body will be continuously trying to expel anything in your digestive tract. However, crackers [soaks up the excess acid] and 7up [neutralizes the acid] are two things that calm your stomach. This flu will last for a couple days, you want to make sure that you keep yourself as warm as possible, keep washing your hands, and take a few hot showers to keep your body relaxing.
once you can keep something down, start Vitamin boosting, especially Vitamin C. Last year I caught a bug that made me want to gag myself, but a good friend reminded me of the C cure and I boosted to about 6000 grams a day. This brought up my immune system and what was not absorbed by the body was flushed out. No harm no foul. To help solitify your bowels [I know diarrhea will be a problem at this time], have a few bananas [just go light on them as they cause constipation in excess].
Good luck!
