no!!!! You shouldn't eat, drink or rinse for at least 30 min. Also Act isn't the best product on the market. There are gels and rinses with far more fluoride. Please look into it. i recommend phlosphor. It cost more money than act but it is far better for you.

No, do not rinse your mouth. Try not to eat or drink anything for about 30 minutes after using the rinse. This helps it to work better.

The Queen is correct. Do not rinse with water afterward.

Also stay away from any rinses that contain artifical colors (may stain teeth or any cosmetic dentistry work) and also NEVER use a rinse that contains alcohol. It can cause other oral health problems and can actually damage any cosmetic dentistry.

Yes. The rinse is meant to freshen your breath. It is not a drink. Rinse it out.
