"Pump it up", great for weight loss and toning, will make you sweat lots but worth it, watch what you eat as well, no point exercising then eating a big cake. Good luck

I have the Davina McCall's workout dvd & it's great.
It's in 3 sections that work every part of your body.
I've found this one to be the best on the market, especially as you can also turn her voice off & just have the music!
Here's what's said about it
Together with the help of my personal trainers Jackie and Mark Wren, we have put together this work out to help you get fit at home. The concept is simple, just follow the 3 routines on the DVD which focus on the legs, abs and upper body, and include fat burning intervals to keep your heart rate up. Then be sure to exercise 3 times a week and eat 3 balanced meals a day.

My Power of 3 workout suits all ages and levels of fitness and shows both the simple and advanced version of each routine. It lasts an hour but you don't have to do the whole thing in one go, you can always just do one section if that's all you've got time for. Plus I selected my favourite music tracks to work out to. So enjoy it - working out can be more fun than you think!

Synopsis
Davina demonstrates her 'Power Of Three' regime, which consists of three exercise regimes, focussing on the legs, abdominals and upper body, designed to burn fat and improve the efficiency of the cardiovascular system.

this should sort you out in no time...it works a treat and you'll be a kung fu master by the end of it......

you might need to rob your brothers PlayStation 2 to use it but it works a treat.....

p.s I'm 30 and this thing pulled every muscle I know.....it will definitely benefit you and it brakes it all down into manageable pieces and you get to choose a personal trainer.....it's excellent way better than any DVD as it's actually tracking your movements with the camera....

the claire sweeney one is quite good if you're not very fit - you can set the amount of time you want to do it for and it includes aerobic exercise, yoga, pilates, warm ups, cool downs etc. it varies the workout each time so its not boring

its not very high impact though, so not great if you're really fit, but fantastic for beginners

The best one I saw was Gerald Crapinthehead's
"Switch the TV off and go for a walk!" DVD.
