are unbelievers of violent religions not allowed in Yahoo?

You'll mainly see Christians because 1/3 of the world is Christian, but that number is slowly falling.

A lot of people might also give up after being attacked or called "devil worshipers" by Christians. Far too often are people told they're going to hell, so they just stop, leaving only the Christians.

However, Yahoo! Answers was not designed for this kind of thing. It was probably so people could better understand different religions.

I think I know what you mean

ALL the religious followers always ask atheists and agnostics that if we don't believe in god, why are we here in the religious and spirituality section

The answer is because you need the other side to it, the side that refutes it, yahoo answers is open to everyone, but religious people are so used to creating trivial distinctions

By the name Religion and Spirituality, if I had any brain at all, I would assume that it was intended for people who are at least seekers of religion and spirituality.

Believe me, Religion and Spirituality is not about harassment.

Are you getting the feeling of not being wanted.

I can't make violent and religion go together.
To me that is an oxymoron.

Atheists on R&S is like a man hanging out in the Women's Health section, or a straight guy frequenting the Gay and Lesbian department. It only shows folks with an axe to grind. With a few exceptions, the theists seem to do quite well on here by themselves. Wiccans ask about Christianity, Christians ask about Islam, and Muslims ask about Buddhism. The only element that doesn't fit is atheism. That makes it all the more funny when atheists on R&S accuse the Christians of forcing their beliefs on others!

Legally, and technically, no. But why would anyone who does not believe in God, or any other "Higher Power" want to be on this page? Other than to prove Proverbs 1:7 is right. Apparently, Muslims are. YBIC

I've seen many Christians wish that Pagans, Muslims, atheists, agnostics, Catholics, and others would not be here in R&S.

However, this says "Religion & Spirituality," not "Yahoo! Church."

oh we atheists are allowed, but we are definitely treated like blacks were 100 years ago, and Yahoo Answers is just really a place for Christians to laugh at us.
