Absolutely.

Dreams are the mirror of our reality, so it happens that "other" languages will take part of the dream, as they take part of our life.
Sometimes people who spend more time in a society that speaks other language change phase and dream entire dreams in their new state of mind.

Certainly.

I am conversant in much more than one language and I find myself dreaming in a variety of different languages. It depends on what language I used most in the past few days, but it's always a relief to dream in English - oddly, I sometimes dream in foreign language and dream of words I don't officially know. Nothing more annoying that having to look up things in the morning to understand your own dreams! *grumble*

I myself have had dreams in French and English. I have three friends who are exchange students from the Czech Republic, and one shared with me the other day how excited she was that she had had a dream entirely in English. We look at it as if we are one with the language!! or maybe by the fact that I was reading a book in French before I went to bed (oh Harry Potter). It's not gonna happen immediately, but it can happen.
