My bf met a girl at swim camp this summer and people there told me they had a thing... even though he denies it so he won't hurt me.
Well, next week he is going to swim at her school and she will be there watching.
This girl knows about me and I'm going to be there too. What should I say to her?

You have NO physical evidence that your boyfriend and her were involved with each other beyond the point of friendship. Until you catch them in the act, you have no case. If you want to maintain your relationship with this boy, you need to just let it slide. Keep your cool. YOU'RE the one with the boyfriend, YOU'VE got the upper hand. You don't have to prove anything to her. Just drop the concern and things will be fine.

always be careful of rumors!!!! If you think back I am sure that you can think of instances of hearing or being involved in rumors. Chances are that there is some degree of truth in there somewhere. (maybe all of it) but the point is, if there is anything I learned in conflict resolution is, "only deal with the facts". Keep an open mind. Give the benifit of doubt 1st. Communicate with her on an intellegent level. Go on a "fact finding mission". Shortly after you communicate with her you will have enough information and a "gut instinct" to make a rational decion about what to believe.
