Totally depends on the person. Some people you don't even make it to the end of the date, let alone kiss them goodnight. Others you are ravaging on the kitchen floor before you even leave the house.

First dates are very important to a lasting and deep relationship. I have been married for 26 yrs now and I still remember our 1st date as if it was yesturday. If you are out to just have fun and fool around then it doesnt matter, but, if you are looking for a deep and meaningful relationship it matters greatly. Never on a 1st date should you kiss on the cheek unless it is meant as bait to kiss on the lips. A cheek kiss says "you're nice but not my type". If you feel a potential "spark" then you should follow it and kiss on the lips. This is a bonding experience that goes deep. During the kiss you will know if the spark is growing or if it was just a flicker of interest. But on the 1st date you should try to keep a frame of control and not "go all the way". This, by far, is the most critical piece of advice I can give if you want a strong, deep and meaningful relationship. If you go all the way, it indicates that a deep and meaningful relationship is not what you are looking for.

It really depends on how the date goes. Ususally a kiss on the lips is my limit for the first date. You shouldn't go all the way on the first date because you obviously don't know the person well enough to know their sexual history.

hug definatley .... peck on the cheek when u guys first meet ....if you like the date and would not mind going on the second then you would give a light but not to long kiss on the lips ...kind of make him want to come back ...

It depends on the chemistry...but no, not usually...Normally a hug is a good place to start. you pretty much know by the second date where the 'relationship' is going, but sometimes people convince themselves it is going someplace it shouldn't.
