Well, try to be discreet. Don't let him know that you like him, thats usually a major turn off. Instead, whenever you pass each other, look him in the eye and smile, then look away and just keep walking. Eventually he will start to notice you, and think you are nice as well.

Don't be shy. If he's around start thinking of the things that you think he would like, like sports, music, ect. Catch him in a conversation talking about it, and place your insight, he will think your into the same thing as well.

Give yourself a little diversity. Try and get a hobby or get really interested in somthing that he isn't so much into, but doesn't really hate either. Lets say he likes Video games? Get into Anime. Or lets say he likes Sports? Get into Music. Somthing of that nature. I'm sure he doesn't want a clone of himself following him around. This will also give you stuff to talk about.

Try and be witty and funny, and don't jump to comclusions around him that much either. Just because he's hanging out next to another girl or something doesn't mean he likes her. Plus, jealousy is a quick way to ruin a relationship, even if it hasn't begun yet.

Why do women do this every time?... Why don't you talk with him and see if he might be interested in you? I'm not going to give a girl a chance if she doesn't make herself open to conversation, it's all body language and approachability. Making the first move is difficult for men and women, and no one is going to approach another person that is either closed or 'playing hard to get'. Be nice, and ready to talk, and you will know whether he is interested, and will give you enough time to decide whether you do too.
