It occurs if I do a jig dance which I love doing. I am also overweight. I don't do this dance much because of my weight and I get out of breath but this head ache has happened the last few times that I have.

I am overweight . I do not have high blood pressure in fact it has always been very good . I get this headache in the back of my neck radiating up into the back of my head, when I do a fast jig dance I love to do. This has happened two or three times to me in the past.

You need to ask a doctor. You may have high blood pressure, sinus problems or constricted blood vessels in your head.

sounds like high blood pressure, but you should see a doctor if you can. Try to take care of it now, because it can be reversed with a plan to lose some weight, which is not easy, but could be the difference between developing diabetes, taking med's forever, and more severe physical conditions, that go without saying, but you know what high blood pressure can cause..........

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

This could be a sign of cardiac or vertebrobasilar vascular disease. I'd suggest you consult your physician.
