I just hook up with a old friend from elementary school and we are being intimate but i dont want too use protection because it gets in the way and she is more into me pleasing her then her pleasing me what should i do tell her my way or the highway or compromise i dont mind if she gets pregnant but she has a boyfriend in jail and its wrong too make her choose and we just starting dating a few days ago but i feel she wants me too use protection cause she does not want to get pregnant because she is plan on getting back together with him when he gets out of jail

Whoa. That's a lot of stuff all shoved into a few sentences, and I'm not sure where to start.
First, I know there are relationships like you've described: "Friends with benefits." To my knowledge, such a relationship does not include boyfriends currently in jail -- possibly for good reason? I can think of few things guaranteed to tick off a convicted felon more than finding out his girl was fooling around with 'an old friend' while he was cooling his heels in the slammer.
As far as NOT using protection -- what are you thinking? Old friend from elementary school or not, there are far too many STD's to be playing with your life or hers -- which is EXACTLY what happens when you fail to use protection (and I do mean condoms).
Plain and simple -- both of you are using the other for a reason. I don't happen to agree with those reasons, but you'll have to be the one to decide if they are appropriate or not: Including whether becoming a parent is on your social calendar in the near future.

It is as much your responsibility as it is hers to use birth control. You 2 need to have a conversation about this. Her ending up pregnant is not a good idea. Why would you bring a child into this? Either use protection or don't have sex.

sit down and have a talk to with her ...have a heart to heart ...ask her where does she see all this going... find out if she is using you for the time being until the other guy gets out ....if she is tell her to get going ... if not then talk abt the sex and compromise on what to do ...
