I met my wife at a beach party, where this hot bikini. She was on the dance floor (yes they was a dance floor built on the sand) I was talking to friends. I was scanning the crowd and this beautiful amazon caught my eye, so w/o notice I left my friends to go talk to her on the dance floor. Little did I know, there was a line to talk to her...this one chic was talking to her (real corny chic) so I started waving at my (now) wife...she began to laugh. So after she finish speaking to the corny girl, I walk over to her and call her by her name. Her face dropped and turned PALE!!! She asked, "how did you know my name?" I responded, then who's name is tattoed to your thigh? We both began to laugh....There is alot more to it but its beautiful outside and she and I would like to enjoy the weather.
At first I didnt think she was the one, and honestly I didnt want to be in a relationship with her, I was still in 'play' mode. But she continued to pursue me, I continued to spend time with her and I realized that she was really down for me. she was real, she wasnt trying to take my money, she just wanted my time. So, one day I went to her job and I told her that i want to be with her and only her....now we are married. Happily married and doing exceptionally well. She is everything to me. I am a totally different person now, I am more domestic and about my family and future. In my opinion, you know you found the one when you change your lifestyle and way of thinking for love.

well when u meet the right person u will know at the moment that he might be the one. so after getting to know him u realize that u have a lot of things in common and the heat between u two is burning inside and out. from this moment u know there might be something special about him/her that u like and all u want to do is to be with her/him. for example i met a guy on new year day. he is my sister's boyfriend cousin. the boyfriend came home to see my sister and his cousin saw me and fell head over heal for me. when he walked at the door i just looked at him and i feel a lille jiggle inside. so he started to flirt with me right in front of everybody, it was so amazing how we made the connection. so we exchanged phone numbers and since then we have been talking. i can tell u so far so good, he is amazing, he is what i was waiting for, i think i might give it a try to see if my feelings are true and i will decide from there to see if he is really my soulmate.

Im married, when i met my husband i had no idea it would lead to marriage. I don't believe in love at first sight. Love builds over time, and when you first meet someone, if you have strong feelings, i believe its more lust then love. After almost 5 years of marriage i love my husband more now then i did the day we married. I think relationships continue to grow if they are the real deal. I think to many people rush things and thats not good. Oh and i met my husband at a lake resort we both worked at :-)

I wasn't looking at the time...he just came up to me and started talking to me. I thought he was cute and everything but I had to get to know him a little better. We exchanged numbers and been talking ever since then. It's been almost 10 months now. He's the first person I've ever fell in love with. I loved many, but I only fell in love once. Our 1-year anniversary will be on March 12.

I met him in the seventh grade. I didn't really like him at first, I thought he was kind of mean because he used to pick on me. But I was too young to realise that sometimes that's a boy's way of showing you he likes you.
We had a lot of classes together, and gradually we became friends. In the ninth grade, he and I went steady for a few weeks, but I was young and dumb and unsure of what I wanted, so we broke up. We stayed friends throughout high school but lost track of each other after graduation.
Fast forward 20 years...I was helping find some people for our 20 year class reuinion and he was one I was trying to locate. I called his dad who relayed the message, and he called me and we talked for hours. We made plans to get together and we've been together ever since. Good things definately come to those who wait!!!

I met my husband in college. The first time he repulsed me. He was absolutely drunk and he and his friend kept hitting on me. The 2nd time he was sober and I didn't realize he was the same person until about 6 months later and by then I was hooked. He showed up at a party as a guest of one of my sorority sisters. She didn't show up (typical of her). My date was a pre-med student from Hampton Sydney College who, by this 3rd date, was absolutely BORING me to death.
A small game of quarters ensued and my future husband and I (both pretty skillful at the game) ended up the only 2 not stinking drunk. At that point, everyone else wasn't as entertaining so I ditched my date while he was barfing. FH and I took off walking and talking and before we knew it the sun was up. I was pretty much starting to fall by sunrise. The rest is history. We'll celebrate our 23rd anniversary this month.
