Grafting.

A closely related species of grapes with seeds that can be planted will give the root stock for the new vines. The tops of these are cut off so no seeded grapes are formed.

Fresh growing bud from a seedless variety are then grafted onto this root. When these buds grow, the vines will produce seedless grapes.

Some varieties of seedless grape vines can be grown from cuttings. This method is easier, but not always possible.
