I would not want to, but I would. Think of the family members left behind who "need" the justice to heal and move on. Think about the victim" who was killed....

Yes, I have testified in a murder case. I was scared that they would come back and get me but I didn't want them to go free and kill again. I had a responibilite to up hold. You need to go to the police and tell them everything you know. Just because they are a family member doesn't mean they should get away with murder. They are an animal. I lost my best friend and cousin to murder it is terrible. And, the man that murdered my cousin his wife knew about it and did nothing for awhile. That cost another woman her life because the wife sat back and did nothing for a time. You can save another persons life by talking to the police. Do it now and you could change the course of history.

Yes I mean its the right thing to do. I would not want a murderer to be walking the streets, even if it was a family member of mine who did the killing.

Yes i would because you never know if they are going to do it all over they need to do time for what they did and NOW think OK of the other family they lost one of there own and they will be looking foe the person that killed and they will be happy er to see that person doing time!!

i no its hard but u have 2 for 1 reason think about the victims family then do u rly want a killer walkin the street even if it is sum1 close 2 u

As long as you have protection from that person and his people who may retaliate. And if you are absolutely sure that the crime truly was committed. That it isn't just a bunch up hype.

I wouldn't if it were my immediate family member like mom or sister or dad.. But if it were like a cousin, aunt, uncle I would.

u must get full proof or a tape recorder and he/she confessing other wise ud be wasting ur time coz it wudnt go to court
