if you are on a low carb diet then the meat and eggs are actually the best thing because they are all protein and that will keep you full longer. But you can have low fat milk and there are some cereals on the market that are fairly low carb. Just be sure to use artificial sweetner on them if you want them to have any sugar. I started the Atkins diet back in the early 80's before it was known by the public and it really works but it can be boring. Just read the carb content before you eat. You can also have fruit and yogurt if you want. I also joined weight watchers and the protein breakfast is the best to have

Yogurts and fruit are full of sugars.

Oatmeal is low in carbs, but it has close to the amount you can have per day.

Maybe some berries with whipped cream?? I was on Atkins and I remember that you could have berries.

You can also have cottage cheese. Many people don't care for it, but I've always enjoyed it. You can put pretty much any spice you want into it for flavor (pepper, dill, rosemary, garlic, etc) or you can mix the berries into it.

Edited to add: Kashii makes low carb breakfast cereals that are really good.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
