Yes. Bleach is a carcinogen. meaning it could cause cancer if too much is inhaled. Thats the same with basically any cleaning product that you would use to clean say your bathroom.

there's no way i would advise someone to bathe in a high concentration of bleach. However, two or three cups of bleach diluted into a full bathtub of water is fine.
Growing up in Missouri, that's one of the few ways to rid yourself of chiggers. I've heard tell it also helps with athlete's foot.

I personally wouldnt do it, there are plenty of products out there for a variety of skin issues that are safe to use instead. Bleach is meant for household and not personal use.
Plus it stinks ;)

chlorine is bad to breath in . the vapors from chlorine can be fatal . they may scar your lungs and do great harm to you .
not this is if the consecration is high enough. when working with it you should have fresh air coming in lots of fresh air.
bleach is just chlorine with water in it and sometimes they put some scents in it but its really just chlorine

it depends what you are using it for, if you mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup in the bath it's good to take the itch out of chicken pox or sunburn, but I wouldn't use it anymore than that.
