The skin is a good source of flavonoid antioxidants.. =)
It can be eaten with or without the skin as well with a spoon specially designed for kiwis..

It can be eaten both ways. Apparently the skin is good ruffage. I don't really like it though. If you prefer it without the skin, you can save yourself the hassle of peeling it by eating it with a teaspoon. Just use that to scoop out the flesh (like a boiled egg).

I recently read that kiwi fruits have twice the vitamin C of an orange - so really good for you too!

I guess you could eat it peel and all. I would, however, think the peel would be hard to digest. I find the easiest and least messy way to eat a kiwi fruit is to cut it in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

It's to be eaten after removing the flesh, but I do believe it can be eaten both ways, allthough I'm not sure if eating the flesh is healthy for you or not.
