Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

You must have a lean body frame and a young man....if so give it time as you age you will begin putting on more weight naturally.
Your metabolism is what makes a person stay slim or fat...or lack of exercise. rather than eat sugar foods for gain, eat carbs, add butter to your bread, drink milkshakes, eat peanut butter sandwiches, eat more pasta foods,
I had a weight loss problem 2 times and had to "think" calories to keep on weight until the problem stopped...so just add more calories if you just feel you have to gain..

Put yourself on a diet of Pizza ( xtra large with extra cheese) for breakfast, mexican food (again, with extra cheese) and coca cola ( the real thing; 1 liter) for lunch, KFC for a snack and MacDonalds for dinner. You will be a whale in no time!

Don't exercise, eat everything you want and don't want. If your stomach tells you are full, don't believe it and eat more.

I just can't fathom why you would choose to be fat.
