I think I am ready to start on the dating scene again, and dont know where to start. Any suggestions>

Yes again, I was married for 12 yrs and have been a widow for over 12 months. I have recently moved back to Sydney, to start a fresh life with my kids. Also I dont have many friends to ask if they know any dateable people.

Well you`vre been there once so it shouldn`t be too difficult for you to start again,local paper,respectable clubs,etc.A private ad may be the answer?

Talk to your firneds first. See if they know anyone who might be dateable material and a good match for you. Beyond that, just keep your eyes and ears open at work/school. Go out with friends - for coffee, whatever. Stay active and you'll find yourself meeting people and go from there.

I think you should start with asking your friends about some single guys that they know, if none of them know some bodey, go on swimming, mauby you meet somebody, it is easier for girls to find a partner.

With the opposite sex ... or someone who interest you...would be my guess. And don't start out in the pubs and bars. You only meet drunk horny guys there. Try places where you can meet nice guys who will be only under the influence of you...like the library, school, work, the grocery store...etc.

Go out with friends to a pub/bar/nighclub or your favourite place to meet people...
Failing that, just live your life and look happy and sexy and wait for them to come looking for you... ;)
