I had this on the tops of my arms for years and tried loads of things to get rid of it.
Eventually, I found that a salt scrub that you can buy from beauty stores etc (if you are in th UK sanctury does a fab one) used a few times a week has solved the problem - not more little spots and lovely smooth arms!

Dots? As in freckles or spots? If you have small but enlarged follicles, you could use a body exfoliator in the shower followed by a body cream such as E45.

Use a body brush to get all the dead skin off every other day shower straight after, get some oilatum shower gel. Use oilatum conditioner everday too. It worked for me.

Oilatum is quite expensive but you can get it prescribed from the docs.
