Well, you can't control who your friend dates.
I do think that it is kind of odd that your best friend would want to date someone that is so mean to her bff. He is not a nice person.
I would talk to your friend in private and tell her that this boy makes you feel terrible and he is not a kind person at all. He hurts you and you are her best friend. Ask her why she likes him.
If she still decides to date him, I would keep your distance from the two of them while they are together. You may want to start spending more time with different friends, because this is just a rotten situation.
