It means the susceptibility of bacteria to an antibiotic. Culture and sensitivity is done in blood or other body fluids to determine this. Bacteria are cultured on a plate with discs of different antibiotics. If bacteria are susceptible or sensitive to a particular antibiotic, its disc will have a clean zone around it, where bacterial growth is inhibited. If bacteria are resistant to an antibiotic, there will be growth of the bacteria around it.
