I tried the Jorge Cruise 3 Hour Diet where you eat 3 meals a day along with 2 snacks and an evening treat. I have tried many diets. I started the diet last year and was on it for a total of 3 months. The first month I lost 15 pounds, second month lost 10 pounds and the third lost 5 pounds. I went from 215 to 185. I felt great! I lost 4 inches in my waist. I did not have to prepare my foods in any special way as long as it did not exceed the 1450 cals. per day limit. Get the book for details. (No Guilt or Sacrifice)

Hi, ive tried all the herbal ones and they dont work, they tell you to cut down calories and this is how you would lose the weight but just taking adios doesnt work. You could try these other ones called slim life or something and zantrex 3 these are herbal, but be careful as they make me really really ill, I did lose weight but that is because i was too sick to even move, They are packed full of caffine. I know most people can take them so it might just be me. I could be allergic to caffeine i dont know. I got the Slim life ones from ASDA. So they are worth a try, but if you feel really sick and have an upset stomach then please dont take anymore.
The best thing to do to loose weight is get a smaller plate and cut down your portion sizes and dont cut out snacks, eat fruit or yoghurts. It really works.

I dont think so. I think the only tablet that can help with weightloss has to be prescribed by a doctor, and you have to be a certain weight above your BMI weight before they will considor giving it to you. I think the the only way to lose weight healthily is to devise a healthy eating lifestyle and excersise regulary. Don't diet beacuse i think you crave the fatty foods more when you have told yourself you can't have them. Instead eat a healthy balanced diet and there is nothing wring with a little treatt now and then.
I did this and i have lost 4 stone in 11 months.

Slimming tablets will only work when combined with a strictly controlled diet. They are helpful in so far as when you eat less, your body tries to reduce its basal metabolism. "Slimming tablets" support your metabolism which means that more energy is used at rest.

Simply taking slimming tablets will do nothing except give you the undesirable side effects of the stimulants they contain. If you aren't controlling your diet, you'll just end up eating more to compesate for their effect.

Cheers.

Not really. Try looking up "herbal life". A little expensive but well worth it in the end.

No. They do not work. To lose weight you must exercise and eat the right food.
