Genetics determine how tall you will be.
In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.
Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.
These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.
* Increase trace mineral intake

My family has been in the aviation business since the 1960's. There has been pilots, engineers, baggers, stewards, and of course stewardesses. You have to dedicate yourself to healthy diet. When my mom was pretty much full grown (we thought) especially because she was already tall, She changed her diet a little and grew even more over the years- while middle-aged. I too may be taller than most in the family over time because I tend to be healthier. You are the way you are and you must except that. It's funny how I hear girls complain about being "too" tall. Don't let this get in the way! If it helps I hear some guys prefer a girl who is shorter than them lol though I'm not being harsh to tall women...

If you want to grow tall just pull your head towards the sky as vigourously as you can at least 100 times a day. But I warn you that you may experience dizziness and swelling of the testicles as a side effect. Good luck with the stretching.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" guy speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played Women's basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

well i dont know about jumping helping but i'm 14 and 6 feet tall but i think that its b/c of my mom (5 foot8) and my dad (6 foot5)
