Ok im 5'1.5 and wiegh 138 am i overwieght or obese? HELP

Compared to a huge portion of the population, you are not overly fat, though you probably have some extra fatty flesh hanging out in some places unless it is all muscle.

Technically, your Body Mass Index falls into the "overweight" category, so you may want to start a moderate exercise program before you actually get FAT (trust me, I know--I should have done it when I only weighed 138 lb!). You are totally not obese, though.

Your BMI is 26.1, indicating your weight is in the overweight category for adults of your height. But this does not factor in your bone size....tip if you can put your middle finger and thumb around your wrist and they overlap, that is a small frame, if they meet tip to tip that is a medium frame, and if there is a gap (they do not touch) that is a large frame. There are some BMI calculators on the net that use other figures like waist & hip measurements besides height and weight, you can search for them.

U r fat.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

You are 3 inches shorter than I am yet you almost the same as I do.....I would think you are overweight...I feel comfortable wearing 2 piece swimsuits for my weight is evenly distributed....but could be happier with a slimmer me at times.....try to increase your metabolism some and eat less it will work some off of you in a healthy way
