Since two days ago I've been having pains in my legs an my mom recentley said it was growing pains. But I think it's the weather.

Can being real cold an having cold legs/feet cause you have pains in your legs? I'm 14, if it matters. I'm about 5"9 an a half. I don't think it's growing pains.

You are pretty tall- but it might be growing pains.

Or you might need some extra vitamins: There are some deficiencies that can cause pain in one's legs.

Or it could be shin splints or shingles.

Try wearing socks when you sleep: Cold feet aren't really pleasant either. I've found they do help me sleep better.

Growing pains. My cousin had them. Could be allergies or cold weather. Wear warm pants and under armor. See if it helps.
