i accidently got some on, will it just wear out like a temporary tattoo

Yes it will wear off like a temporary tattoo. But be careful that you don't get any reactions as hair dye most likely might have chemicals in it. Just read the ingredients to be sure. If you used pure henna and pure indigo to dye your hair black that would have been more natural and safer to use.
If anything bothers you contact your doctor.

Yh ba be careful cause I went to Turkey and got the most beautiful black henna dye tattoo on my arm and within an hour it hd become lots of blisters that were black with the dye and bubbling. They hurt like crazy! Just check it occasionally and make sure you see a dr if it gets worse.

I got one when I was in Cabo of a big sailfish on my arm...it hurts a little when you are getting it, but you should be fine. After that, it looked good and lasted a good 10 days - 2 weeks.

It will eventually wear away, but a solution of clorox water will take it off. Comet paste on area will remove it.
