Fresh fruit, a handful of pretzels, a small handful of nuts (great protein), small portions of low-fat cheese, plain (unbuttered) popcorn - there are actually quite a few. Try several and see what satisfies you.

None whatsoever in between meals.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Vegetables!! Quit the white flour and sugar (a little honey occassionally won't hurt) and eat all natural meats (no pork or shellfish) vegetables and fruits (fruits are high in natural sugar - be careful to not overdo it) and you'll be amazed!! NO ASPARTAME!! It's addictive and has way too many bad side effects to begin listing here (it contributes to obesity). Good luck and God bless. ~Nise

try eating (in small amounts): nuts, fresh fruits, veggies (like celery yum), eggs.

just make sure when you eat something, you don't eat a lot right away. eat a small amount, give your stomach 20 minutes to digest it, and if you honestly still feel HUNGRY, then eat some more. but if you just eat for the sake of eating - just go watch TV, or drink a glass of water. it'll take away your desire to eat for a little while. only eat when you're actually hungry, and only eat enough to satisfy that hunger.

don't stay away from food when you're hungry because that'll just make you even hungrier and you'll be more likely to indulge in a larger amount of food when you do end up eating.

just take it slowly, wait for your food to digest, and stop eating when you're full.

:)

that worked wonders for me!

Read Dr. Mcdougall's 12 day progam. And Dr. Furhman's Eat to live. They both recommend a vegan lifestyle. You will feel so much better if you give it a try.
