anybody wants a language exchange withe me?

Hi guys,I'm from Taiwan(a beautiful Island besides China) Mandarin is my mother language.
Because I really want to improve my english skills, so I think, it might be a good way to find somewone to join this small program. We could share our culture, food, or anything special in our country with each other.
If you wanna learn some Chinese, Mandarin,Taiwanese, or you want to know something about Asia, it must be a good method.
Looking forward to you guys' response.

Black dog: Do you mean Taiwan High Speed Rail? somebody said that THSR is more confitable than shinkansen in Japan.
But I don't dare to take that. There are too many problems at this moment. I'll never try that until the system become stable.lol

Yeah, It's reported here in Japan that many troubles occurred before it was opened.
