There is errors in your PC. If your antispyware cannot detect it, better you adopt a system restore operation. It is safe and the problems can be rectified. Did you have it restored? Try a quick restore with partitions, if that doesn't work, restore deleting partitions---but if you don't know how to do it-----get help. If you just had your computer worked on, there is usually at least a 30 day guarantee, Good Luck and Take Care

Reinstall or have a repair ..............or if u have backed up an image before the virus struck install the image
