GNC Hair, Skin and Nails formula. It is very good, I have used them for years and I have thick, healthy hair, nice nails and glowing smooth skin.

First of all, nothing is that easy. You have to take care of your nails and hair before you start a treatment. For hair, use conditioner every time you shampoo. Avoid using the hair dryer so much, because it damages your hair. Just brush the wet hair and let it air dry on its own. For nails, I would recommend Sally Hansen Natural Nail Growth Activator and Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle. These two products are definitely a miracle. I used to bite my nails all the time, but then I would think of how ugly I felt with my short nails. Now, my nails look beautiful and long just like I have always wanted them to be. I personally think hands, especially a woman's hand, should be delicate and nails always groomed. You will notice a difference in just a few weeks, you just have to be patient. I promise it will work!
Good luck

Primrose Oil tablets do. They are like gel tablets that you swallow - dont chew! They are available at health places like Holland and Barratts; they are good. Also Boots in the UK sell ZInc supplements and zinc really helps hair and nails as well as boosting your immune system and helping you feel more energetic - i have used both so I know that they are good!

There is an even cheaper option, EAT JELLO! Eating jello makes your hair and nails grow longer and stronger, (something to do with the protein and something else in there lol). But it works.
Give it a try, its cheaper and yummier!
