Look at your birth certificate for more information. You need a last name as minimum. Ask family for hints and information. Then, use anywho.com or superpages.com in your search. Good luck.

If child support is being paid for you,and since you didn't say you can ask your Mom.Maybe you can write to the court house.Asking for an address and/or phone number for your Dad.But if you don't see him, because he gets violent,or something.Be careful, and don't see him alone. My parents divorced when I was 2,and I wasn't aloud to ask about my dad.But when I was 16 found out about child support checks in the mail.So was able to learn more about him, before he died.Good Luck!

What are you hoping to accomplish?
- Make up for lost years (not likely)
- Trying to get family medical history (a valid reason)
- Wanting to tell him you are OK and you made it? (a noble reason)
Think about it.
Now think about the fact that he has chosen to not contact you all these years (verify this fact for yourself - not just what your mom tells you - maybe he has tried) That speaks just as loud as a weekly call where he says "hi - I do not want a relationship with you"

I would first try my birth records. You could also try hiring someone to assist you.
