Shingles is related to the same virus that causes chicken pox and vitamins aren't really going to do much for you. The shingles are often related to stress and have no cure except for time.

vitamine B good for stress which I think is the cause of shingles, vitamine C for cell replenishment, and vitamine A&E for skin to. Try to get rest as well.

But if you are on a tight budget asda do multi vitamins and minerals for 98p for 60 too
