I destroyed my eye by looking at monitor with so much glare , my tear film cannot protect under this condiction. I now cannot read for long, my eye get bad easily
I tried to have idea to make eyes like normal eye
I feel "unbalanced" (the eye can't focus properly will make you a little bit uneasy in communication , your thinking will not be good to give clever answer, behavior)

Your symptoms are suggestive of a refractive error.Please go to your eye doctor and get your vision checked.Don't just sit home and blame youtself that you have distroyed your eyes.
1)working on computers for long hours without proper care can lead to a new syndrome called 'computer vision syndrome' which has dry eye,irritation,gritty sensation,redness,pain.
2)Avoid this just by practicing some simple measures as BLINKING BLINKING BLINKING,blinking alone can prevent 90% of the problems
don't stare at the screen.try blinking normally
3)keep the computer screen little bit inclined as if u r reading a book.
4)adjust the colour,sharpness and contrast according to your comfort.
4)After every half hours work focus your eyes on a distant object like trees through windows for 5 seconds
Rub your hands and keep the warm palms on closed eyes for 5 seconds.
4)eat carrots,green leafy vegetables,eggs,fish,milk

rest after a day's work is essential to maintain a good vision. it isn't advisable to get your eyes overworked and then wash it afterwards. when you feel there's something wrong with your eyes, consult immediately an opthalmologist. eat enough foods which are good for your eyes..

i think you should see a doctor. I'm afraid you cannot get a good answer here. but try also to diminish the time you spend reading or at your computer.

eat carrots and make yourself comfortable for any work with correct posture and light.
