Hey there

Normaly if ur stomach growls it means that ur stomach is eating it self. I would say eat something if it keeps growling then i would tell u 2 go see a docter.

Hope this helps in some way

No food unless u r hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

No, if you're not hungry, you don't need to eat.... When your stomach "growls" it is usually normal chemical reaction and breakdown of food already in your system, or simply air bubbles (gas) popping in your stomach.

stomach empties every four hours. It could be gaseous distension as the hcl (hydrochloric acod)produced in the stomach
could be responsible fo ths reaction wth the existing stuff in the stomach.
Eating is allowed for any body any time, subject to it s not "SEE FOOD" sickness-feeling eating whenever food is seen or offered.
Its called" Non-hunger Eating"

Growling mean your hungry, but if your not hungry then your thirsty. Sometimes your stomach thinks your hungry, when it's just thirsty.

Mine does the same thing. It's just gas bubbles. Or just plain bubbles floating around in there. You will know when you are hungry.

Gastroenteritis can be in your stomach in fairly minor forms leading to mild stomach upset and growning. Maybe wash your hands more often.
