Well, there is a difference in maturity level. If the guy is 26 and the girl is 18, then they are on the same level. If it's the other way around, then it willl never work out.

Depends on the people. When I was 18 I dated a 26 year old guy, but I was not really mature enough for him, and it didn't work out, but if it were an 18 year old guy he might not be mature enough either. The age is just a number, but the maturity level makes a HUGE difference!!!

Women mature faster than men so it would depend on who is 18 and who is 26. If she was 26 I'd say it would be unlikely that it would work out.

not actually...........when it comes to commitment age does not matter, but if there is no love. its just not a point to worry about and its no part of compramise. its a real nice thing to get in companionship with this elderly person, supposing your a girl and the guy is elder to you, you will be pretty free. since girls mature more faster than boys in all aspects ,so to match the thinking level its always best that we got a age diffrence between two patners, especialy when you think you are more matured than the other one.
so be it , wish you good luck.

My husband is almost 11 years older then me, we have problems but defiantly not because of the age difference it never comes up. Trust me though just because they are older doesn't mean they are more mature.

I'm 15 years older than my wife and it is not a problem at this time. Maybe when I'm older it will become one but i don't think so as long as I keep myself fit.

I am 35 f and in a relationship with a 20 year old m. I love the way younger men make me feel. They make you feel alive. They worship the ground I walk on . They also are very easy to train..and are eager to please

NO its not. Its up to the individuals involved. As long as they are both consenting adults there shouldn't be a problem

there is 7 years between my hubbie and me. i think society accepts all ages now (to a certain point anyway). just go with it. its more a personality barrier rather than age.
