Find something to do,a good hobby should do the trick, anything that can keep you busy, but don't try drinking,it will make you forget a while, but it will get worst the next day with a hangover, you'll regret it.Go to the mall and do some window shopping or walk a few miles everyday, believe me or not,sex is a good tension reliever, there are so many things, just look for the one you like best.Good luck and take care!

There are many proven ways to alleviate the situation. Many people feel stressed. quote from a doctor: “Our goal is not to eliminate stress but to learn how to manage it and how to use it to help us.” It is unknown for many to know how to deal with stress properly without getting themselves in a more stressful situation so one needs to know how stress can be deal with.
The first step to know how to relief from stress and anxiety is to become aware of your distress and mental and physical reactions towards this stress. Then, recognize what you can change to stop this stress and make it occur less often and to control it more easily when it does occur. Meditation is also a simple type of relief from stress and anxiety. Hope this helps!!
You'll be fine just try not to stress TOO much because it makes your body more acidic which causes more risk for disease in the future but don't worry! You'll be fine, stress is just a part of life that is a pain in the as*! :)

Use cognitive restructuring techniques. This involves, each and every time you catch yourself worrying about these issues you stop - and tell yourself something to the effect "stop worrying - I'm having a good day" or "This is a waste of effort - I've got a great job", etc.
By stopping yourself and thinking positive thoughts you might, over time, reprogram yourself. Also, take a slow deep breath each time - it can be relaxing. If you worry excessively get an evaluation by a Psychiatrist (medication may take off the "edge" while you work on techniques that may help you to reduce anxiety). Also, a therapist may be able to help with additional techniques. Reminding yourself each day of the good things in your life and being thankful can change your life.

Going on a vacation might help. Take leave from your job and try to meditate for atleast 7-8 minutes every morning out in fresh air. This would do wonders.

The best way to stop focusing on your own problems is to focus on somebody else. Look around, there are so many people with real needs and real diseases that you should feel foolish worrying about something that hasn't happened. Don't bleed till you're cut.

Sounds like an obsessive disorder caused by brain chemistry issues. See a counselor or a psyciatrist who can prescribe medication to balance your brain chemistry. It is not a personality flaw or weakness of character. We are just a big bag of chemicals.
