Probably not as much as Chinese women dating American men, but it happens. It is also rare for American women to date Korean men.

My blonde haired, blue-eyed, friend has dated at least 2 Chinese men in this country. Married a Mexican for awhile, dated British, African, Turkish men. Yes, it does happen!

You talk about the colours but you forget the cultures, there isnt the same chinese, philipino or white culture within the black race, you may get the colour variations no problem, but thats not all there is to it. Everybody is different and everybody has a choice, thats what makes the world so beautiful.
