When it's warmer, we lose water through perspiration. Even when it's not very hot, we still perspire a little. When it's cold, the perspiration is drastically reduced. As a result, we're not losing water through our pores, the excess goes to our bladders, and we have to pee it out. Hence, more frequent peeing.

its the same reason that it rains when the outside temperature decreases, just simply means that you cant hold liquids as well as at a higher temp.. another reason is that the liquids are being passed thru the kidneys and not lost thru the skin in the form of persperation

when it is cold, we do not perspire as much as we do when it is hot. Therefroe, we cannot eliminate them by producing sweat... but we can eliminate them through peeing.
