For most people, yes. But sometimes, no. I knew someone who shaved her eyebrows off thinking they would grow back and they never did!

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I'm a plastic surgeon, and we are ALWAYS taught, never shave the brow. Even when we are resecting a skins cancer or tumor in the region, Don't shave them off. There are some medical conditions that predispose people to loose the eyebrows. I was taught in medical school that a person that spontaneously loose their eyebrows has diabetes until proven otherwise. Also, if they were lost from a burn or other traumatic injury, remember that the hair growth cycle for the brow is much longer than scalp hair and it may take as long as a year to return. Finally, if they don;t grow back, please see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist that specializes in hair transplant. Dermatologist don;t typically do the flaps that were previously done for brown reconstruction, but they frequently looked stuck on anyway. Hair transplant is the best way to go as far as reconstruction. Another place that may have a good idea of who does reconstruction would be the local burn center. If they don;t have someone on staff that does it, they likely have a relationship with a plastic surgeon or dermatologist that they send all of their patients to.

It depends on the person. Some people have their grow back

quite fast while others have their eyebrows grow back quite slow.

If your'e gonna pluck your eyebrow don't pluck too much coz in

the end you'll look as if you don't have any and make sure you

shapen your eyebrows the same way unless u want to start

some new fashion (:

Hope it helps!

Yes they grow back. One time i accidentally shave part of my
eyebrow. I only had to cover it up for a day, because the next day it was almost fully back. Some eyebrows just grow back faster than others, but they WILL grow back.

Hi, Im 21. When I was younger, I used to pick at the hair on the side of my eyebrows, (a nervouse habit). They do not grow on the sides anymore, everytime I go to get my eyebrows waxed I have to hear it from the person who is waxing them 'your brows dont grow on the side?' I have to draw the end of my brows in.

depends on how badly the papilla was damaged. the papilla is where the hair grows from (below and around the root).
waxing destroys the papilla. that's why hair tends to grow back more slowly and thinner each time you wax.

this is why it's best to leave waxing to a professional.
did you know that most of these nail salons going up all over the place ARE NOT LICENSED to do waxing? and if they are, there is no PERSON who is LICENSED to do the waxing. the shop can be licensed and not have a person who knows what they are doing do your brows. (or worse - your privates)
