It is most likely a mix - maybe of Australian Shepherd, Pembroke Welsh Corgi, or Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. All pups vaguely resemble each other, if you had a picture of an 8 month to 1 year old dog, everyone could take better guesses. But with mixes, they are always just that - guesses.

give it a couple of months. When they are that small its really hard to tell. 3 or 4 months you can start to narrow it down. By about 6 months it should look like its breed or breeds.

Looks like half Australian sheppard, half golden retriever. Will be a medium sized dog when adult, very smart. For outdoors, both are hunters/herders. Needs lots of exersize and mental stimulation.
